Nice small apartment hotel with nice employees. Easy to find, 5-10 min walking distance to the center and local beach. 10 min driving to the Sahara Resort Beach. Car parking provided - paid ( on a green field opposite the hotel) and free on the street. We had breakfast included in the room rate, if staying longer I would not use that option. Room is not very big, but everything one needs can be found in it. Positive is that there is an elevator, for easier transport of the luggage.

There are lot of small things that needs to be improved for better experience ( in the room: the tap was leaking out of the sink, the door handle in the bathroom was broken. The apartments have beautiful terraces with distant sea views, but the chairs are very uncomfortable to sit on). For breakfast there were lot of options of sweet pastries etc but not real breakfast options ( it looks like they were using some leftovers from the near bakery/pastry shop) Cheese and salami plates were open and full of flies. Quality of the food was on the lower point - looks like leftover from the yesterday’s party - but could be easily improved. For that price they really need to improve the service the hotel is offering.

Great room, comfortable beds, spacious balcony. Friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Everything is within walking distance. Good value for money. Nea Kallikratea is located close to the highway, so it is also very suitable for a stopover on the way to Halkidiki.

Quite some traffic at night - but that is to be expected when staying so close to the city centre.

Breakfast was very good and the host was very friendly. We will come back.

The room was really nice and had a very big terrace. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. The colored lights were a fun addition I hadn’t seen in a hotel before.

It was very loud during the night, the staff was very rarely present(no one was there when we checked out even after ringing the bell). The walk to the beach was quite steep and after a long day at the beach it was exhausting to climb back to the hotel.

About 10 minutes to the nearest beach.

That we didn't have 2 room keys, so we had to leave the room the entire family, otherwise we cannot enter the hotel/room anymore.
