"Really good holiday, apartment, staff and cleaning all excellent."

Friendly and helpful on site staff. Excellent rooms and balcony. Comfortable and large bed.

Kitchen clean and functional, but could have had a little more equipment, e.g. environmentally friendly coffee maker and corkscrew. A light fitting was hung a bit too low.

Spotlessly clean modern unit in quiet location. Lovely outdoor balcony to enjoy sunshine. All areas very clean and well maintained.

Very sparsely appointed. Kitchen only had very basic items, not enough to prepare a meal. Bed uncomfortable and pillows were terrible. No spare pillows or blankets. Nm

Could not recommend this place anymore!! Their standard of hospitality is unmatched, they are at your beck and call and we will definitely be returning in the future. My partner and I have just returned from a long weekend away for his 21st birthday and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were surprisingly upgraded to the Napa seaview villas for free which were located about a 5 minute drive away up the hills from Napa Gem suites. A very kind gentlemen met us at napa gem suites as that was where our transfer dropped us off too and he kindly greeted us and took our luggage and drove us up to our villa and gave us a tour of the villa and showed us how everything worked before he left. I believe his name was Givanni I’m not sure if that is correct but if you see this review you are amazing! It was utterly beautiful! Most beautiful place I have ever stayed in! Everything was pristine! If you would like to book one of these villas then visit the SkyPrime villa website as this is where all the villas are located I’m not sure if it is on booking.com. But for reference the Villa we stayed in was called the Iris Seaview Villa.

The pool and balcony

The location of the place which we weren’t properly aware of. There were some issues that occurred and mostly importantly, one of the staff was sexist

we didn’t have any sort of electricity and hot water for a whole night and they did not bring a high chair and cot that we requested we had to sleep with the baby on the bed and unfortunately the baby fell off the bed. staff weren’t the nicest when told of this and disregarded our concerns

Big terrace of the apartment , big 1 bedroom apartment . House cleaning and new towels every 2 days . Close to Nissi beach , restaurants , everything. Polite and friendly staff

A light of smell in the bathroom from sewage. Location imprecise on Waze and Google maps
