We paid for an upgrade and enjoyed the complimentary mini bar, which was restocked every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the valet, who assisted us when we arrived.

The restaurant had very limited vegetarian options and wasn't up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

Stayed with our toddler. Very well looked after. In the heart of the city! Couldn't get much better :D

The central location to the major tourist attractions of Granada was very good.

The hotel was sold as dog friendly which in part it was, however there were no gardens for the dogs to relieve themselves. This is my only negative for the hotel.
