HOTEL COCON

Very good location. Lots of parking spots nearby. Spacious room and the bed was comfy.

The iPad was locked at first, so we had a little rough time checking in. However, the staff here on Booking app responded quickly and was helpful. The room was fully lined with mats and looks worn down than expected, so it was a little dusty. Plus, there is a motion sensor light switch which turn the lights on when someone uses the restroom-- which wakes everybody up at night.

The location is great! Just few minutes walk to Tenjin area and lots of food nearby.

We feel the conditions of the hotel was not ideal for small group of people. The washing machine and dryer had a strange smell so it will be better to avoid that.

The space and the lift.

The carpet and furniture were a bit filthy. The laundry room was on ground floor but my apartment was on 3rd floor. The beds were too soft for us.

It was generally clean but unfortunately we had some pest control issues and the sofa was pretty old and smelt funky. The staff was quick to remedy the situation but it created anxiety during our stay because we had our 2yo son and our meals/snacks in the kitchen.

車輛不可以駕駛到門口，因道路太窄，整體不太舒適，地毯和梳化很舊有D痕癢，冷氣機有小小嘈吵。唯有好處路口就有藥庄和鐵路入口，方便出行。

아침에 숙소에서 나올때 인사해주는 여자아기가 매우 귀여워요. 침대가 세개라 좋았습니다 시설도 다 좋아요. 야쿠인역에서 가까워서 이동하기 매우 편합니다. 주변에 맛있는 가게도 많습니다. 다음에 부모님 모시고 다시 올게요!

Great location, lots of parking around hotel. Convenient for food and drinks.

Carpet in room n fabric type furnitures, slippers are preconception “not clean” to me. Continuous stay over 2 nights is not suggest as there is insufficient support on refuse bag replacement.
