Gute Lage*, ordentliches Frühstücksbüffet

Ältere Zimmereinrichtung, Autolärm unmittelbar vor dem Fenster. *Derzeit schlechte Zufahrt wg Baustelle. Kein Licht im Flur vor der Zimmertür, daher für Zugangscode immer Lichtquelle erforderlich. Ganz schlechte Kopfkissen (butterweich, keinerlei Ablage)

We had a genuine problem, due to which we were unable to continue with our stay plans here. They were so annoyingly negative that I thought to pay rather than to reason out.

Didn't stay but paid all. How worse can they be?
