my child got 30 bed bugs and infected with high fever. His immunity got soon weak. He is now taking antibiotics and applied cream. They looked neat and clean. But their clean and hygiene has many issues..

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The quality of everything was high. My room was lovely. The setting of the hotel was beautiful right on the edge of the jungle and the waterfall

The food,, the friendly staff and the quiet ambience. The room is very comfy.

We had to remind the staff a few times before they brought the iron and ironing board. And it wasn't a very decent board.
