何もかもが感動レベルのホテルでした。 中でもホスピタリティの高さは別格です。ニーズを察知して自然にアプローチをしてくれるスタッフが多く、滞在していてとにかく心地が良かったです。またカタコトながらも頑張って日本語で挨拶や会話をしてくれたのも嬉しかったです。 滝の見える圧巻の共用のプールも居心地が良く、ずっと眺めていたくなる場所でした。 食事もとても美味しく、特に朝食が最高でした。 ホテル周辺は特に何もない静かな場所ですが、ホテルステイが目的だったので何も問題はありませんでした。また絶対に戻って来たいと思います。

Nice and quite and secluded from the crowd. Perfect for relaxing.

The hotel was great from start to finish. The staff were attentive and helpful. The setting was remote, we had gone there with the idea of relaxing and as we had a villa with our own pool it fit the bill totally. We went on a couple of the hotels excursions which as expected were great, the hotel provided drinks, cool towels and snacks/picnic. All in all a fantastic stay, thank you.

If I had to say something that wasn't always great then I would have to mention the food. On the whole it was delicious, beautifully presented but sadly it lacked continuity, I guess different chefs.

Great Staff that remembers your name and make you feel home. Great place for retreat shout out to the manager Alejandro who welcomed us and asked for feedback and MUL in the restaurant who tool care of us
