Clean rooms , spacious. Overall good hotel for staying.

Good location for the station

The shower was cold and bathroom a bit smelly

It's a very good hotel with great staff who were always helpful. Clean room and lots of hot water. You will not get much better around here. I gave it 9 because the location can be a little noisy but then we are in a city and it's India. Easy access to and from the metro central. It's a 5 minute walk along the main road. Turn right out of the hotel and right along the main road. It's about 400m on the opposite side of the road near the big white building. The main train station is not far away. Easy walk along the narrow street opposite the junction or 50 rupees in a yellow puk puk. The food at the restaurant is very good.

Staff needs more attention on room service specially toilet cleaning

the hotel is very neat and clean and the staff was very polite and helpful throughout my stay

Very near to Chennai Railway station. The Staff were very polite and helpful..

The road is very congested. The towels provided were not clean. Hot water issues. Very compact rooms The area surrounding the hotel is not clean.

Location and also the receptionist was rude
