No ceiling fan, only wall.fan which was noisy and AC was making too much sound. Toiletry kit was not full.

Zero cleanliness. Bed sheet, pillow covers even blinds was so dirty and full of stains. Bathroom did not have tissue paper, had to request them. The bucket and jug were so dirty. Hair clogging the bathroom. Room had foul smell.
