Casa Satta 1925

The location is excellent. Everything on your doorstep....coffee shop, hairdressers, port, piazza, bus stop to Pittalongu Beach (20 mins to beach).

The garden could be better presented and maintained.

Location was excellent easy walking distance to the centre of Olbia. Daniela is really lovely and helpful. The room we had was gorgeous.

Although we kept missing each other, Daniela was a great host. Very easy to communicate with and quick at responding. Accommodation is in a great location and room was homely

I do so much research for each place I stay in and check everything.This place is misleading people into believing a big window is a balcony and using the sign of a table two chairs and an umbrella. The pictures of a balcony in fact show one that is not in any rooms and is very run down. Our experience was a place that stank of smoke, a host that was in a rush and wanted cash, two flights of stairs to drag baggage up, someone coming in to make beds but not empty the small bin or take away any rubbish or do any other cleaning. It's one of those places that makes you feel like they are doing you a favour when you are in fact the one on holiday and paying and just wanting things to be a bit nice and not feel cheated. Over 10 years using booking.com and this is the lowest rating I've ever given.

The communication was fantastic. They gave us many different suggestions and they were always available. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

We didn’t ask but it could be better if they could put some soap as well. We used shower gel for everything which was ok with us. There was a fridge but no freezer.

The hostess was wonderful. The location was great. I could walk to restaurants to the grocery store. It was perfect.

There’s absolutely nothing that I did not like about this stay

The host, Daniela, was very friendly and helpful. Loved the small garden. The accommodation was close (5-10 minute walk) to all nearby restaurants and shops. Warmly recommend to stay at Casa Satta!
