Red Roof Inn West Point

I liked The Gazebo sitting area close to the woods, very serene & I like the gentleman and lady housekeepers. You get what you pay for

Don't stay here! This was the most disgustingly dirty hotel I have ever seen. Drive to a different one don't stay here. The floor hadn't been washed in a long time. Cob webs in the corners of the room. Broken toilet seat. The table in the room was covered in something sticky. Dirty, filthy, and nasty are the best words to describe our stay.

Room was decent for price. Defintely pet friendly just watch for the trash around the property. Floors were dirty and make sure you get the towels you need because they provided 2 for our room when stated we had 4 guests(they did give us more later). There is ice there of you need any and the fridge in room was nice but not a very cold cold one.

We requested a smoke free room. The first room we were given smelled of cigar smoke. The floors were filthy.and moldy. We got another room that was better. We have traveled all over the country and stayed at many Red Roof Inns. I have never been in a worse site. The Bates Motel would be a better choice.

I get it. Red Roof Inn. I knew I wasn’t staying at the Ritz. My family and I were on our way to Panama City Beach and due to my four year old decided to stay somewhere affordable at the half way mark. We got there around mid night. Due to COVID I couldn’t check in on the inside but had to use a window on the outside. And that was okay, what I did have a problem with was while the staff member was “checking me in” she was behind the desk making a personal call on her cell phone while I waited at the window. I was fuming before I even got to the room. We finally get in the room and it was disgusting. I do not even care that it was outdated. Pubic hair on the toilet. My towels were dirty and smelled like feet with hair in the towels. My four year old had black dirty feet and had only been running around for a few minutes on the floors. The sheets had stains all over them. My younger sister stayed a couple of rooms down and found rose petals in her sheets. Which was hilarious. But still. Will never be staying there again.

No toilet paper, no coffee, no phone, no service from office. About the worst red roof I have ever been to. A car in the parking lot was revving his motor up numerous times through the night. all and all will never stay at this one again!!!

it was terrible!!! the bed had stains on it, the sheets were clearly not washed and or changed out. the restrooms were horrible, there were blood stains on the tub. just horrible. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

Greeted by no breakfast although the Expedia page said there was (not even a room that could facilitate a breakfast... ie not COVID related) and stains on the comforter and garbage in the bathroom
