Red Roof Inn West Point

Overall the stay was awesome. I have stayed in several Red Roof Inns and they picture perfect photos when it comes to cleanliness is always untrue. I think these hotels would be wonderful if they are cleaned daily, occupied or not.

Wa good enough for one night stay.

They gave us a double queen when i booked a king. Other than that it was fine.

Nasty room. I left in the midnight hour.

The sheets have cigarette burns on them. The comforter is dirty with nasty stains, and the room is stuffy with cigarette smoke so bad I can’t even stay here.

The property had roaches in the refrigerator and there was roaches crawling on us and our sleep and she didn't want to put us in another room or give us half our money back she said we had to contact Expedia

Quilt on bed was stained. Towels were stained. Floor was sticky. Found a roach in the morning and left. Only spent 8 hours at the hotel and will never go back.

Clean rooms

First room wasn’t made up, second room was ok. Old mattress, comforter was stained but was clean. Under renovation, wouldn’t stay here again.
