Rooms need updating furniture painting cleaning ok but could be a lot better ie window sills skirting boards

The room was excellent and spacious, especially the bathroom which had a tub and a separate shower. The room felt was warm and in a nicer part of the hotel. There are shops (Aldi) and Mcdonalds just down the road.

Above a bar with loud music til late. The staff had NO knowledge about anything. TV was difficult to use. View was to the back of the hotel which would be nice if the back of the hotel was looked after. No ice. No vending machines.

The night staff and late evening staff were brilliant and very helpful and professional. The location was great for next morning as it was only minutes away from were the wedding was going to take place.

The rooms were very dated and the carpets were stained. The heating was rubbish as when we arrived the rooms were very cold. The showers was not powerful and it was small. The storage heater was controlled by the thermostat which kept o. Clicking throughout the night which kept my wife up for most of the night.

Quiet location, spacious room, comfortable bed. Plenty of parking

Bathroom was so cold. Wifi unavailable. Very basic old TV and for the price would have expected at least a basic breakfast. eg cereal or toast
