Nice, clean, roomy and close to grocery shopping as well as close to downtown…

Definitely sink in the both room upstairs (extremely too small, not enough paper towel and toilet paper…

"Pretty nice apartment a cab ride from main sites."

Apartment was clean and recently renovated with nice finishes. Great to have secure, albeit somewhat inconvenient, parking. Washer/dryer combo works well, but has confusing controls. Host patient with our later than expected arrival.

Stocked with absolute minimum of towels and other supplies. Having only 1 key card very awkward for a couple. It would be very awkward for a single traveller to check out and leave parking opening fob back in unit - a couple can make it work.

Great parking, secure. Nice layout of apartment with everything needed. Easy location to drive to before getting downtown. Guest relations Nerea was very helpful and provided links to the area. Check-in was very thorough and seamless.

We could not get the washing machine to work. There are no instructions, and after finding the manufacturers' manual online, it appears the door doesn't secure, so it could not be used during our stay. We booked this unit so we could do a cycle of delicates to get us through our stay in Portugal. The bedroom pillows were very flat. Could be replaced.

"Wonderful Place to Stay"

Absolutely loved the apartment! It was so clean and bright and made for a very comfortable stay for my family. The air conditioning felt amazing during the toasty afternoons! Also, the check-in process was smooth and having the free, private parking lot was wonderful.

Elevator, parking, location. Great selection of coffee pots. Comfortable bed Great shower.

No handrail on stairs inside room. Tried calling our contact person with a question but no response. No tables beside couch so had to set everything on floor. Towels need replacing. They are a dingy color and very thin, Sheets did not smell clean. Construction in front of building causing noise and access issues. Apartment does not have comfortable living room seating for the number of guests that can sleep there. We were 3 people and one had to sit on a kitchen chair to watch TV.
