Luxury Beach Experience in Lisbon

Não ficámos neste apartamento.

Experiência muito negativa. O apartamento onde ficámos não correspondeu ao que reservámos. Foi-nos atribuído um alojamento diferente, sem qualquer aviso ou explicação prévia. Para além disso, o apartamento não tinha ar condicionado nem qualquer tipo de aquecimento, o que tornou a estadia bastante desconfortável. O serviço e a atenção ao cliente foram péssimos: pouca disponibilidade, falta de profissionalismo e nenhuma solução eficaz para os problemas apresentados. Não recomendamos este alojamento e certamente não voltaremos.

Très bon agencement. Spacieux pour une famille de 5. Je n’ai pas pu plonger dans la piscine mais de vu elle est propre, pensez à prendre vos serviettes. Une cuisine fonctionnel. À 10/15 min à pied d’un Continente (supermarché). Le plus c’est l’emplacement qui est à 3 min de la gare de Santo Amaro pour prendre le train et aller à Oeiras ou Cascais ou Lisbonne. À 5 min à pied de la plage aussi avec un passage souterrain. À l’arrivé, je m’étais trompé de rue mais la personne en charge de l’accueil à su me diriger. Très bien. Merci pour l’accueil et l’hospitalité.

Spacious. Parking inside building. Near beach.

Too much smell inside. Looks loke ot was perfumed, but really too much. We did not like apartment because of that and because it was not clean enough.

The security of this property and the attitude of the host is the worst. There were two strangers kicked at our doors very rudely on 17th May and lasted for 30minutes with very aggressive words (e.g., open the fxxking door, fxxk you). There were no any securities personnel from this building helped us and the host came here 20min later. We thought it was a very uncomfortable and insecure place to stay. Therefore, we moved out that night. However, the follow-up attitude of the host is so disappointing. He said customers’ safety is the upmost importance to them, but he thought what happened to us is not a big deal. He said they have no any responsibility of this and he won’t give us any refund even we have already moved out from this property on 17th May. What he said this building is absolutely safe is ridiculous. Why were there two strangers from outside can enter this building? Our recommendation is if you want to choose this property, you should consider it again. All the above are what we personally experienced and hope you have a good journey in Lisbon
