Trindade Flat with Great View

We stayed at the property for 6 days at the 6th floor with view to the Trindade station. The location was good and the price was attractive. Supermarkets, take-aways, restaurants and Metro located very close to property. The staff were very kind and ready to help.

The problem is with the deisgn of the apartment itself. The apartments windows are not soundproof and you will hear all the noise (cars, people, loudspeakers, street-performers, wind gusts, ambulance, police, construction works) coming from outside therefore making it very difficult for light sleepers and younger children to have a good sleep at night or an afternoon nap. This property is not suitable for children especially if staying at higher floors. The lifts were sometimes occupied by other neighbours and we had to carry the stroller and toddler 6 floors down a narrow staircase. The sofa bed is not suitable for sleeping. The apartment was also not spot clean however there was a vaccum cleaner.

We stayed for three days but there were only given a small jar of body wash for two people
