"Bon hôtel mais aucune trace de ma réservation"

A mon arrivée à l’hôtel vers 22h aucune trace de ma réservation! J’ai 71 ans et voyageais seul. Ce sont mes filles qui ont contacté l'hôtel pour savoir si j’étais bien arrivé. Ayant eu connaissance du contexte elles ont contacté hôtel.com qui visiblement n’avait pas envoyé ma réservation à l’hôtel. Situation très pénible psychologiquement (fatigue, stress...), physiquement (âge, malade...) et financièrement (coût téléphonique supplémentaire). J’ai été très déçus. Le problème a pu être résolus grâce à mes enfants sans qui j’aurais payé ma nuit 2 fois ou j’aurai dû chercher un autre hôtel à 22h avec mes bagages! Heureusement que le personnel de l’hôtel a fait du reste de mon séjour un agréable moment. Hôtel correct.
