Pebbles Serviced Apartments

Pebbles strategic location which is easily accessible. Breakfast was scrumptious. Good service by the staff. The cleanliness was really good.

The toilet pipes need to be upgraded. Most of the time the shower heater didn't function well. The cups and saucers need to be replaced with new sets.

The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate three people. The staff members were friendly.

Bathroom cleanliness wasn't there. Taps were in bad condition. The health faucet was kind of broken. The shower appeared to be quite old and rusty. Water in the bathroom probably was not smoothly getting drained out; so the bathroom floor was often wet.

The location is very good. I had come to a visa application at Ramee Mall and the location suited me well. The property is in a good location that is quiet and green. The staff is also very amicable and helpful. I may use it again for my next visit.

There was a distinct smell in the toilet which made it very queasy. I was there for a short visit and very busy to report it to the hotel. The wi-fi connection also wasn't great. Otherwise there were some really loud guests who banged doors late in the night which made it difficult to sleep.

Friendly staff, clean room, excellent location, great value for money.

Very simple and clean room. Breakfast was very simple. If you are into a simple and clean stay for Malaysians, and want it to be near Pondy Bazaar then this place is good. Helpful staff especially Rajkumar and Prakash.
