Teatro Suites Rooms

Location was great and the room was very spacious with a lovely modern bathroom. They had a lovely roof terrace with a view of the opera house They offered a shuttle services from the airport which was very convenient.

The room didn’t have a safe The AC wasn’t working properly There was a broken step in the staircase of the building that could be a potential hazard.

Lovely room and in a central location. Very clean and comfortable. Good communication throughout the stay.

No washing machine as stated on the booking. The man who checked us in was unwelcoming, it felt like an inconvenience for him to check us in. Beware the rooms are up 4 flights of stairs, the room with a bathtub is up an extra set of narrow steps.

The accommodation delivered exactly what I expected: an exceptional view from the room and comfort. The facilities are new and have soundproof windows, which made a big difference. The terrace is very nice, but opening the bedroom window and noticing the Teatro Bellini when you wake up is the cherry on the cake. I saw some people complaining about access, as it is an old building (perfectly expected for Italy). And really, the common area of ​​the building is not in the best condition, which was no problem for us, as the apartment facilities are brand new. It is very well located and the host gave us some great restaurant tips. The cleaning lady is very helpful, and although she only spoke Italian, she communicated with us as best she could and answered our questions! Very lovely! One of the facilities that I found excellent is being able to leave your luggage in the hall after vacating the room after checking out.

The pillows were not very good. Some parts lacked filling and the foam was a bit hard in others. Another issue is the shower, which has a bad seal and leaks a little after showering. One issue that was not a problem, but could have been better described in the ad, is that there is no one available at the accommodation at all times; you need to contact the host to let them know you are arriving 15 minutes in advance and they will meet you at the door. This could be a problem if you do not have access to mobile internet, only Wi-Fi, as can happen with foreign travelers.

Wonderful location with beautiful views from the balcony and rooftop. The bed is soooo comfortable and the sheets are amazing. The owner is so helpful. And the rooms and stylishly decorated. Location is perfect.

It's a 2 floor walk-up, so just be prepared. It's worth it though! And the owner helped me with my bags!

Exceptional location on a fantastic plaza next to the opera house. Very clean, comfortable. Cafes on the plaza for breakfast. Quibbles were sorted out promptly. Very quiet despite location.

Two flights up to the property with some wobbly steps and a decaying hallway that didn’t leave a great impression. Shower head wasn’t working but was fixed. Wasn’t clear that the terrace was shared and up additional stairs. Air con had minimal impact cooling the room due to high ceilings

Very nice owner and the room is beautiful and big, a little bit of stairs but in general very good place ro stay in the center.
