Good location, decent room comfy bed

I paid for ectea for a spa bath with jacuzzi and they none working and no stoppers to plug bathtub. Was told it was due to drought but we were not informed of this before checking in.

It was clean, had free parking, and the location was excellent and very walkable to tons of restaurants, shopping, SFJAZZ, Asian Art Museum, Symphony, etc.

The facility was pretty run down, and there was no soundproofing - it was extremely loud. Every time anyone around us used their shower or sink, there was a knocking sound from the pipes.

Service from the manager was excellent. He was very hospitable and courteous and could do enough to help us. Gave us advice on places to visit as it was our first trip to San Francisco.

Unfortunately we were a little disappointed with the size of the room. Had the bed not been a king size, there would have been more room to move around.
