"Ottima struttura ma da migliorare la permanenza e l’uso delle aree relax"

Gli ambienti erano puliti ed eleganti, ben curati, con un arredamento caldo, un’aria rilassante. Apprezzato il servizio bici e il drink di benvenuto in piscina. Colazione molto buona.

Le tende della camera non si chiudono del tutto e fanno penetrare tanta luce in camera già dal mattino. Richiesta supplemento per jacuzzi e sauna. Dopo l’orario del check-out non è possibile sostare ulteriormente nella struttura se non a pagamento. L’unica opzione proposta è stata quella di pagare 20 euro con la richiesta assoluta di lasciare la struttura alle 12.00 dalla struttura o di 70€ per lasciarla alle 17.00. Dato il costo (non basso) per soggiornare mi aspettavo più disponibilità nelle delle aree relax.

"Es war traumhaft schön! Wir kommen gern wieder!"

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön! Es ist blitzsauber und alles wird regelmäßig gereinigt und gepflegt. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Suiten sind geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, man kann perfekt abschalten. Kostenlose Fahrräder stehen zur Verfügung und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Mit dem Auto ist man in ca 10 Minuten in Riva del Garda. Das Highlight ist definitiv der Außenbereich mit Pool, Sauna und Whirlpool. Auf den Daybetten kann man bequem entspannen.

Der einzige Minuspunkt ist das es keine Haken oder Abstellmöglichkeiten in der Dusche gibt. Man muss sich damit ständig bücken beim duschen. Und generell ist wenig Schrankfläche in der Suite was für uns die mit kleinem Kind reisen etwas unvorteilhaft war.
