Nowa Motława, Sun & Snow

Everything about the stay/apartment and dealing with the company from receiving information beforehand until we left was excellent. It's was really enjoyable stay.

Location (10/10). This is a really big advantage. Very close to the historic center. Very close to the trams that take you to the different beaches.

1. Order (complete mess 0/10). The payment was taken in euros, not in the local currency (zloty). Because of this, I incurred additional costs due to the double conversion. Additionally, for some reason, they charged an additional 50 euros (and did not want to return it). They also charged extra for parking (but I didn't order and parking is free!). In addition, upon registration, an additional fee was charged for the "Resort fee", however, the "booking.com" service notes that this fee should be included in the total price. My advice is to keep a close eye on all payments here. 2. Apartment (7/10). Generally clean. However, many things are missing for a comfortable stay: shelves in the shower, hooks for towels, the bathroom door lock was broken, the faucet in the kitchen was broken also, dirty oven and dishes from the previous occupants, bed linen needs updating, holes in the sheets and dirty blankets, etc. 1 day out of 5 there was no internet (which was very painful as I couldn't work). Hygiene products (garbage bags, dishwasher tablets) are only available for two days. 3. Swimming pool (0/10). There is no swimming pool. There is a spa with a pool in the building, but it is a separate facility. So any hotel in the Gdansk can write that it has a pool (you just have to walk). And the price of the pool is such that a whole day in the aquapark will be cheaper than 2 hours in this pool. There is no swimming pool!

Die Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Besonders die Lage. Ist aber besonders an den Wochenenden eine Party und Sufunterkunft. Das muß man mögen, wenn vor dem Fahrstuhl am Morgen ein Betrunkener übernachtet, welcher die Nach über an der Tür geklopft hat. Unterirdisch war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Obwohl die Unterkunft bereits voll bezahlt war bekam ich jede Woche im Vorfeld eine Erinnerung die Buchung zu bezahlen. Wir wußten also nicht, ob wir am Tag der Anreise Obdachlos sein würden. Mit expedia und Sun & Snow werde ich sobald keine Geschäfte mehr machen.

Great location, comfortable apartment with facilities like washing machine, drying rack, iron, vacuum cleaner, fully equipped kitchen, big tv.

There was a resort fee included in the total price but we were asked to pay an extra tourist tax in cash at the reception. Not sure if we got ripped off - there was no information about this kind of extra tax when making the booking.

There on the web pages was one photo from pool, but there is no pool at all... so, very sad to kids! Totally wrong information!!!!
