Days Inn by Wyndham Canastota Verona

Bed frame is tooooo tall. Can’t comfortably sit on it; chair very aged and peeling; sink would not drain full of hair , had to change rooms, hall carpet very dirty and aged; no elevator, no automatic entry door, poor breakfast

small town so not expecting much. Stayed one night. Really just a place to lay my head down for a few hours. Could use a vacuum in the hall ways. Carpets were visibly dirty. Room was fine except the faucet for the sink was not secured down. Did the job though

Convenient location. Staff was friendly. Clean

This hotel is dated and needs updating. Window had long crack in it.

Hotel was old. Poor lighting throughout the room. Door did not close easily, had to push on it for it to remain shut and the linens smelled musty.

High-priced for low value. Carpet in common areas was frayed, door frames were scratched, room door did not close properly, one of the entry doors from the parking lot was not secure (access control not working), many of the exterior lights did not work, no information given about the area by staff, AC unit in the room was very loud. Overall, it showed me that the owners were taking a lot of shortcuts on maintaining the property, failing to make guests feel safe, comfortable, and welcome! They clearly don't care and want to maximize profit!

Comfortable bed and clean room.

Quite a bit of road noise.

The was comfortable with plenty of pillows.
