Out of all the staff, there was just 1 man who attended to us and was really helpful. He helped us with early check in and was really polite too. My bad, I didn't ask his name. The location is pretty good, the room is big, washroom is decent.

Apart from 1 person, the rest of the staff were just clueless and lacked communication skills, problem solving skills, and seemed unbothered about everything. We had water issues on both the days in the private room, AC cooling issue (should be maintained regularly).

There was no lift. Rooms are on the 3rd floor and there is no water cooler on each floor.
