"Quite good stay for our first time at Beppu"

Just beside a convenient store. Accessibility is just okay. Room is quite big and quiet. Beds are also comfortable

Using the stairs to go to the 2nd floor with big bags. Walking atleast 500m to get to the station.

I enjoyed staying here, but there are some things that can be improved. The air filter in the bathroom had not been cleared in a really long time, if ever. No one has dusted behind the TV in quite some time. I stayed for two weeks, but was only given 1 role of toilet paper and a meager amount of dish soap. The lighting outside is very dim and I was worried about slipping when come back in the evening when it had rained. It would also be helpful to have instructions in English for the appliances. When I checked in, the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and I never got a response when I messaged the property about this. But, the unit is spacious, quiet, and has comfortable beds.

"Beautiful, modern, cost-efficient apartment, well-stocked for cooking, well located with parking."

Looked exactly like the photos, provided ammenities (toothbrush, towel etc), kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies, living room space to eat/hang out, comfortable beds, modern apartment, free parking spot out the front and great location to convenience stores, parks, city centre, onsens and hikes.

We arrived 14 minute minutes before 3pm and staff (over intercom) made us wait, also an alarm also started ringing from opening our door and staff barely helped us over the phone, eventually figured it out for ourselves.
