USThe breakfast was decent for what it was.
The room we booked smelled like an old hotel. The shower curtain had blood stains and mold on it. The room was absolutely filthy. It wasn't even vacuumed, and the cleaning staff made it look like they had cleaned it by making the sheets and setting up the pillows in the clean position. However, the sheets had hair all over them as well as dirt and other disgusting debris. The pillow cases also smelled and hair in and around every single pillow. It was by far the most unclean room I've ever stayed in. The trash was filled, and there was no toilet paper. I took pictures of every single issue! I went to the front desk, and the guy didn't ever care what I was telling him. The very, very small saving grace was the manager. She gave us a one night discount which by far wasn't enough. At least she tried. I had met the maintenance man outside the building and also told him about the issues. He said we would have our room cleaned after the first night. This also didn't happen. The door that went into the building didn't lock even though it says it's locked 24 hours a day. We didn't even have cable in the room, and that was the one thing he did fix. The floors inside the building were absolutely filthy, and you could tell it had not been vacuumed in a long time. This was a very poor stay, and this hotel should get 0 stars overall. Even the money we spent should all be refunded.
Tv in room didnt work, nobody cared, breakfast well thier was suppose to be breakfast but there was no coffee, no fruit, no bread. It was a joke.
Rooms all had a bit of a smell
very quiet and clean. very nice stay.
Nothing seemed to work, and it wasn't very clean.
Had to get at last minute and had some issues about room with our dog because I didn't pick right room online but between expedia and Derek at front desk it got taken care of promptly.
