Invicta City Studio

Location is great. Very close to a subway station that connects you to the center center in a few minutes ride. There is also a supermarket very close to the apartment.

The apartment could be cleaner. The small couch besides bed seems not to be cleaned for a while. The shower cabin has no door, so bathroom gets all wet when you have a shower.

I liked almost everything about it, it was a stay that exceeded my expectations. Spacious, clean, with all the facilities to make you feel like you're in paradise. Nerea is beyond description, she's a very nice person, she takes the time to make you understand her... she seems to be Spanish but we communicated genuinely as we should. The flexibility of the staff is fabulous .... I loved everything and I'll be back more often. If you arrive by flight, you have all the passive transport options. Bolt tax for just 6€ ...that's what I spent. Metro for 40 minutes for just 2.50€, and maybe tax... the place is 2 minutes from the metro bubble. No words ... just keep being the best accommodation for everyone

had a few issues, but not their fault, it was easy sorted.

The studio was well-located, just 2 minutes of walk from de metro station Marquês of line D. The neighborhood was a residential area where there was few noise. There was a supermarket at 4 minustes of walk from the studio. The Wifi worked perfectly. The host was reactive by WhatsApp.

There was space for improvement for the cleanness of the appartment-studio : On my arrival, hair was on the floor of the bathroom. Luckily the agent of Bnbird was reactive and sent someone to clean immediately. However, the couch beside the bed and the cushions looked unwashed since a while. Though the carpet seemed vaccumed, there was still hair and dirt hidden at the corners and below. The hygiene should be prioritized rather than the esthetic side. Another downside was the lack of reception counter to leave the bagage before the check-in hour and after the check-out. The check out hour was very strict, right at 11 o'clock to leave the key. Even a 30 minutes more was not accepted. However, no one came to check if the utilities were intacts (the guarantee fee was 250€ by oneline paiement on reservation !!).

Very good location, stylish apartment and exceptional cleanliness. Very professional timely communication with hosts.

I was informed on this in advance, but still looks very inconvenient for me that toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) are provided only for first day of stay. I'm travelling with hand-luggage, so it's simply uncomfortable to buy my own toiletries in every new city (and not eco-friendly as well).

The property is cozy. Close to the metro Marques.

Not enough equipment to cook in the kitchen, not much utensils or pots/pans etc. Very limited. Photos show that there is a bottle of wine as complementary but it’s just for the picture. Not enough plugs to plug your things. House is not heated, there was a mini heater plugged in but we didn’t find the place to be cold. Tv is not a smart tv and doesn’t have many channels. Property is located in an area where you might not seem the safest, there are always people playing very loud music at 2,3, 4 am, etc. Bathroom door does not lock and the shower is only half closed so water could come out. blankets on the bed had holes in them and the decorative pillows had stains on them.

the apartment it’s in front of the street so it’s really loud,the door of the bathroom didn’t work so you can’t lock it and pillows gonna make you feel in pain day after,late check out gonna make you pay €25 and pictures make it look so huge but it’s really small,with that amount of money you can stay in a really really good place in Oporto.
