Ingen eller manglende kontakt og informasjon fra utleier mhp tildeling av rom. Opplegget var at man kunne ta det rommet som hadde nøkkel i døra, men dette systemet skapte forvirring blant gjestene. Vi opplevde at mange banket på døra vår gjennom kvelden/ natta da de var usikre på hvilket rom som var deres.
