Tout : l’emplacement, la propreté, la vue de ma chambre, l’accueil joyeux de la réceptionniste. Le très bon restaurant au pied de l’hôtel « Romantic Restaurant ». Je recommande fortement cet hôtel

Le personnel très agréable et accueillant , l’emplacement et l’air conditionné qui était parfait dans les chambres

Nous sommes arrivés à 7h et il n’a pas été possible de faire un early check in avant 13h. Pas de possibilité d’avoir de fer à repasser.

The location of the hotel is convenient. The staff was friendly. They allowed to leave the suitcases before check in a d check out.

It is a very low maintained hotel. Everything looks old, humid and it smells of mold in the steps and room. The room we where in it was very, very smelly bad moldy

Yes the location is near to the center, easy access

First of all, the bathroom, it's really smelly, it's stinks the whole room is smelly because of the bathroom, its coming from the bathroom, next is we pay for buffet breakfast for 3days,1st day they just give us bread and egg, 2nd day buffet but i was very disgusted because i ask for hot water and the staff gave me the ketle with hot water, whe i pour to the glass it's good that i didn't put yet coffee or else i will drink coffee with cockroach,i check where it came from i thought it's from the glass but i check the water inside kettle there is small cockroach inside 😭, very poor sanity when it comes to the food, so the 3rd day i decided not to eat there i rather pay to feel safe and satisfied, also there food is full of oil. The staff don't understand english, its hard to communicate. And worst is because it's next to the center it's very loud, 3days we stay it's horrible, i wanted to find other place to stay, i just don't have energy because we are tired of the activities in sapa.

Location was great.

It needs a refresh. No hand soap. No in room safe. Breakfast was very minimal.
