Locatie was top, de eigenaren heel erg gastvrij en heerlijk rustig.

Meubilair had iets comfortabeler gemogen en de matrassen waren een beetje doorgelegen maar verder top.

This was our first stay in Southern Dreams, despite coming to Gennadi for several years before, and we are so glad we discovered this gem of a place. Our apartment was very spacious, comfortable and clean - with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The sea view through the large patio windows was beautiful. And our hosts, Tsampika and Costas, were lovely people and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and we’re so grateful to them 🙏 The grounds are also large and spacious with lovely gardens (fresh lemons from ‘our’ lemon tree on our terrace for delicious G&T sundowners!!), pool area and small bar open at nights. And the location was perfect - just 6 mins walk into the centre. Will definitely come back 🙏😎

Nothing to dislike.

Ich habe eine Woche mit meiner Mutter in einem Appartment mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern verbracht. Das Apartment ist großzügig aufgeteilt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Tsampika und ihr Mann sind sehr bemüht, dass es den Gästen gut geht. Auch die Putzfeen sind sehr aufmerksam und fragen ob etwas fehlt. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Baden nach einem Sightseeing-Tag ein. Die Apartments sind ruhig gelegen, man hört keine Straße. Für uns perfekt zum entspannen. Nur 5 min zu Fuß ist ein gut sortierter Supermarkt zu erreichen und mehrere gute Tavernen. Würde ich wieder nach Rhodos kommen, würde ich wieder Southern Dream Apartments buchen. Perfekte Lage wenn man außerhalb der Touristenspots die Ruhe sucht.

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Abends hatten sie sogar die Bar geöffnet, obwohl in der Vorsaison noch längst nicht alle Apartments belegt waren. So konnte man nach dem Abendessen noch einen Cocktail am Pool trinken, was wir sehr genossen haben. Die Apartmentanlage ist genau so schön, wie beschrieben. Dadurch, dass sie ein Stück oberhalb der Straße liegt, ist es wunderbar ruhig und man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Restaurants im Ort und am Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können es nur empfehlen..

Tsampika & Kostas made us feel very welcome. Nice location, view, pool, apartment is clean, everything you need is there. I can highly recommend it.

Our stay in Rhodes was absolutely wonderful and this apartment made the whole experience even more special. The property itself is beautiful, elegant, spacious, and incredibly well-maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the large swimming pool with pleasantly warm water — perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. In the evenings, the atmosphere became even more magical thanks to the open bar, where you could enjoy truly excellent cocktails in a very cozy setting. What really made this place exceptional, however, were the owners. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect for us. They regularly checked in to ask if everything was alright and if we needed anything, which made us feel very comfortable and looked after throughout the entire stay. We also greatly appreciated their flexibility and hospitality. They allowed us to access the apartment before the official check-in time and also let us stay beyond the standard check-out hours. Thanks to that, we could pack calmly without any stress and leave at a time that suited us best — something that made the last day of our holiday so much more enjoyable and relaxing. You can truly feel the warmth and care the owners put into this place. We would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay in Rhodes.
