Cozy space and location is great

The building was too close to other buildings No view And the stairway up to apt is very narrow and steep

Very cozy appartment. So nice and wonderful to be in.

In the day time there is noise from the buildings nearby, because they are being renovated

Very clean, everything we needed.

In my opinion too small for 4 adults, especially the second bedroom. Perfect for 2.

It was tastefully presented. The second double bed was inadequate. Used it as a single bed.

Waiting outside from 9.00 to 11.00 pm to gain access despite speaking to four different people. Despite 7 + phone calls . Many promises of key arrival didn’t happen. When keys finally arrived deliverer said “this happens all the time”. Our worst experience with Booking. Com despite years of using them. Person we dealt with first basically abandoned us. Others said it was being resolved but it took two hours at night to resolve. Traumatic for my partner . We were trying to find a hotel in desperation.

Clean and comfortable.

The toilet seat is usable but not very stable.

Very central Washing machine in unit Air conditioning It was very cute and had character Staff was great!

A little narrow to get in up the stairs the bathroom shower head did not work all the way the bedrooms were connected by a folding door so little privacy if you need it One key for entrance so difficult if you were with more than one person and you wanted to be separate for the day and have use of the space.

Location is super. Close to most attractions and connected with tram/busses. It s quiet even though the parallel street is very busy with bars, turists etc. Room is good for a short stay. Wifi workinf fine. It wasn t veryy hot when we visited but AC was useful and was working properly. The hosts had prepared a list of suggestions which was very nice. João, who welcomed us and handed over the keys was very kind and explained things in details.

You should mind that as an old aprtm in an old building it was very narrow. Some of the kitchen utensils were not clean. Too little bathroom amenities for even a short stay.

The location was brilliant, easy to walk to the centre of the city, and loads of cafes nearby. The apartment is in a restricted area, which means it's not possible to get a taxi outside the door, but on the plus side there is no traffic noise. It was very straightforward to order an Uber to the end of the street, just a minute's walk away. Kitchen was well equipped, everything was clean, beds were comfy. Great tips left in the apartment for cafes and restaurants to try (including gluten free and vegan options.)

There was no lock on the bathroom door. Some areas of the apartment were a little cramped, not much space for luggage in the bedrooms, but we knew from the description that it would be on the small side so no surprises. Unfortunately I found it quite noisy in the mornings when all the wheelie bins in the street were collected and trundled over the cobbles. However my children didn't notice so perhaps it wasn't too bad!

Lovely and tranquil apartment, in the heart of a great neighborhood.
