Leider hat der Keylocker bei der Ankunft und bei der Abreise nicht funktioniert. In der Nacht kurz vor ein Uhr war niemand erreichbar. Wir mussten in der Nacht eine neue Übernachtung suchen. War echt schlimm. Am nächsten Tage hat es gedauert, bis wir endlich Kontakt hatten (fast 10.00) und in die Wohnung konnten.

Incredible location. Close to transit, breakfast shops, bars and restaurants.

No air conditioning

Wonderful place to stay in Lisbon! A very cozy and clean apartment right in the heart of the city. Everything looks exactly like in the photos — bright, compact, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location is just perfect: surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, and bars, and within walking distance to all the main attractions. Check-in and check-out were super easy — the key was left in a secure lockbox. A special thanks to the host: I accidentally left some personal items behind, and they kindly returned them to me without any hesitation, even though I caused some inconvenience. The host was incredibly patient and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment! If I come back to Lisbon, I’d be happy to stay here again. Another big plus: there’s a convenient luggage storage spot just about 50–100 meters from the apartment. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight after check-out, you can leave your bags there and enjoy the city hands-free.

The only small detail to keep in mind — especially for those with large or heavy luggage — is that cars and taxis cannot drive right up to the door of the apartment. The nearest drop-off point is just a short walk away, down a slope when you arrive and up again when you leave. It’s a very short distance and easy to manage, but worth considering if you’re carrying multiple suitcases or bulky items. That said, Lisbon is full of hills, and walking up and down is part of the city’s charm.

We liked the fact that this location is very close to the center of Chiado/Baixa. We could get pretty much to Santa Justa Elevator, restaurants, Barrio Alto, Praça do Comércio, Alfama, pink street just by walking. We really like walking so for us everything was closed by. It was our first time in Lisboa and had a great time but one thing I would have liked to know beforehand was that to get to the apartment and out of the apartment with our luggage, we had to go up and down hill as no cabs or taxis could get to place (about 5 minute walk to get to the street where you can get a cab). The apartment was comfortable, in a very good location, and mostly clean (except for a cockroach in one of the kitchen bins and some mold on the shower floor).

Liked everything about it, the communication from the property was brilliant and we used a code they gave us to collect the keys from the property. Having read some previous reviews after booking we had concerns, however EVERYTHING WAS BRILLIANT and we never had any of the mentioned problems. It had a lovely little balcony which wasn't big enough to sit on but is a nice feature when the french doors are open. Small TV? - It was just a standard sized television, nothing ridiculously small. Noise issues? - We didn't have any at all, it is near a busy couple of bars however they are up the street and do not cause problems. We came back around midnight each night which is prime time for any noise, which there wasn't when in the apartment. 'Drug dealers on every corner'? - There were no issues around the apartment, it felt a safe neighbourhood, it is in the main areas where you get asked if you want anything. Uncomfortable bed? - I am 6ft 5" and me and my partner didn't struggle at all, it was comfy and spacious enough for us Leaking shower? - We didn't notice this. The shower had good pressure also Misleading photos? - The photos are exactly what the apartment is like, the whole apartment is spacious and ha sall facilities for a swlf catering stay if needed. We have stayed in some really nice accomodation on previous trips around Europe, and this goes on that list, we would definitely stay again. Special thanks to the cleaner for also finding my pendant chain that I left in the apartment when checking out.

Bed really needs replacing, not suitable for 2 people! I slept on the floor so not comfortable I’d invest in the AC as it would make the stay a lot more comfortable

Very misleading. The place is seriously lacking facilities and is smaller than expected. There is only one small manual fan in the whole apartment and in 30 degree heat the place is unbearably hot. There is no window in the bedroom, the bedroom is small and claustrophobic and so is the bathroom. There is a big tank at the side of the bedroom that is exposed which should really be covered/ in a wardrobe so it doesn’t feel like a home at all. The furniture is not comfortable and the tv was a computer monitor. The shampoo and soap provided came in a tiny sachet like a packet of ketchup. We were due to stay for 4 nights but left the place after an hour. When we left I messaged the hosts to explain the situation and to request some sort of solution/refund for at least a couple of the nights but they only replied after 2 days and then said it was too late to do anything about it. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place at all. It has dented my confidence in booking through booking.com.

Location, however you have to try hard to ignore the many drug dealers with they cross body bags...

The accomodation, mold on all windows facing the road, dirty oven, missing minimum necessary appliances in the kitchen, unusable pots and pans.unusable totally blocked vacuum cleaner. Leaking shower onto wooden floor. Uncomfortable bed. Trying to communicate with bnbird management. We lost 5 days waiting for staff to come and fix and replace items. Very frustrating. The service people who did attend were very helpful.
