Location, the building, cleanliness, friendly staff.

The fact that in the evening the restaurant is closed and no vending machines were available - not even a coffee one. Also, no lifts available.

"Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings"

Hotel and its facilities were superb...the venue is close-by a forest which you can visit by a rental bike, whilst also, has a private lake and a private beach...rooms were very clean and comfy and hotel's design is modern to rustic..the area is super quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of nearby cities thus allows you to unwind

No tea/coffee facilities in room..especially since coffee is not served after 9pm in the hotel's restuarant
