Roma Cozy Flat with Balcony

The location. It’s close to Roma metro stations that is direct line to the downtown

The bathroom was moldy, the shower barely trickled water, and it was completely rusted. There was a dreadful smell in the bathroom. I rented the apartment for four people, but only one person could fit on the sofa bed, so three of us had to sleep in the bed. We felt completely cheated. The person who gave us the apartment was quite stern and unfriendly.

The location is great, with many restaurants nearby. The metro ROMA is 2 blocks away, very convenient. Good wifi for remote workers. Not suitable for older people since you have to take the stairs up to the 3rd floor.

The property is super well located. The flat is clean, spacious and luminous. It includes all the amenities you’d need to stay for either a short/long term stay. Check-in was quick and efficient, and Francisco was very warm and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this place to someone else.

Not much, besides the struggle to have warm water in the shower. I’d recommend to fix the balustrade from the balcony that is shaky, yet dangerous.

Location is great. Shops, restaurants and town on the door step.

Nothing we disliked, could do with replacing the door handles on bedroom and bathroom, it was only a slight thing, it didn't affect our stay.

Amazing hosts, great contact before, during, and after the stay. Great apartment with all the things we needed. I travelled with a 6-months-old baby and I particularly appreciated the baby crib, the high chair, and the fact that there was a washing machine and some cleaning tools which proved very useful during a longer stay. I can recommend this apartment to families. I really liked the fact that there were two great restaurants on our street (chinese and italian) and the metro station.

The apartment could require some light renovation eventually. The water pressure in the bathroom wasn't the best but it's understandable. The vacuum cleaner was quite loud but it wasn;t a huge problem.
