Location and facilities perfect for seniors

We love staying here. The property is right at central location to all shopping and restaurant. The property is unique, nice, clean and more than we expected. Nothing to complain. Love to come back again in the near future.

The apartment is conveniently located in the very centrum of Lisbon in the valley between Pena and Bairro Alto located on nearby hills. Further, it is just next to metro, Rossio railway station, surrounded by breakfast bars, restaurants, bars etc. The apartment itself is refurbished, located in XXth century building. None of apartments in the building seem to be occupied by inhabitants, being rather used for serving tourists visiting Lisbon (except for 2nd floor that is part of adjacent sports saloon). Despite lively neighbourhood new windows with effective seals provide huge comfort. AC is working spotless in heavy summer temperatures exceeding +30 degrees Celsius. Apartment is secured by two code locks which work without any problem (if you do not want to climb the stairs, lift is there!). The service from the apartment owner is working 24/7 and is helpful & reacting very fast.

Please consider following: -small repairs (doors to washing machine locker needs handle to be secured), one of toilets seem to have internal leak -complimentary cleaning soap, shampoo & gel package might be a bit more extensive (it is not a problem anyway, but it is either better not to offer it or make it more sizeable). Those little things by no mean are spoiling overall my very good opinion on this apartment!

Very central to shops and restaurants.

Not many kitchen utensils eg microwave but no microwave dishes to cook with. Access to the property was problematic as the computerised door opening malfunctioned. Spent the first two hours after my arrival sitting on the stairs waiting for someone to let me in.

Location is the best. Easy walking to city centre sights, you are on top of metro station. All you can wish for!

the location is exceptional

the property management knew only one bathroom was functional but it was advertised as a 2 bath facility. door locking system is complex and requires intervention. management companies response was slow and not forthcoming. invoice for the stay has not been provided even 10 days after the stay.

location was perfect, surrounded by lots of restaurants and bars and close to all transports etc

minor maintenance issues need attending to, but did not really affect our stay

Excellent central location. Two full but small bathrooms so god for couples sharing. Lots of restaurants nearby Metro outside.

Noisy with windows open for air. Street noise at front and bottle recycling somewhere to rear. Small kitchen but we didn't use.
