The location was perfect for us. The room was really small and it didn’t have a fridge or microwave. Not that there was space to put one. Nonetheless the room was really nice and clean.

Everything was horrible

I enjoyed my stay-I arrived a little early and was allowed to check in(awesome). The hotel was clean-quiet and the staff was very helpful. Great location near the Metro.

I picked GLo because it was close to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal, a $20 cab ride away, relatively affordable & a Best Western property. Very short on amenities (tiny room, no restaurant or even a room frig & my Norton disabled the wifi) the staff was very helpful & there were delis, a post office & laundry within a few blocks. NYPD's 72nd precinct is next door but only 7 small parking spaces on the premises. Overnight free parking on 4th Ave is pretty easy but otherwise its NYC. Very good for 1-2 days.

Great place and very close to two metro stations, which make life easier to a pleasant NYC visit!!!

It's right next to a police huh, so I felt safe. There is a gas station right across the street, so that was convenient. The room was very small, our bed was supposed to be a queen, but it was barely the size of a normal full size and the fold out "sofa" was more like a chair as it was only twin size. Staff was supper nice and property was clean.

The staff was WONDERFUL! but housekeeping needs to understand everyone is not checking out some of us were still sleeping conversation is great just speak softly please! Parking was bad they only have 5 spots first come first serve not good!
