Colazione e ristorazione lontana dalla struttura. Spesso feste private che ne impediscono l'uso.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera DELUXE di soli 17 mq, che non rispettava assolutamente i 30 mq acquistati attraverso booking.com nè le dimensioni del letto. Sono riusciti a rovinarci la vacanza, appena esposto quanto detto sopra...inaccettabile!

Il Ciocco is spread out over a huge area 1/2 way up a mountain and 5km of switchbacks! Great for hikers and MTB riders. We weren’t there to do either. Great views across the valley in-between the rugged mountains.

Too spread out. Breakfast was in the on-site restaurant - about 1km from the rooms! The very odd dark blue decor of our room and the awkward access into the bathroom due to the oversize handbasin. Check- in was delayed as the room wasn’t ready at 3pm. A hairy drive up and down all the switchbacks!

It was ok.

Breakfast was not in the same place nor was the reception. If you don’t have a car or don’t want to walk much, this can be a problem because it’s quite hilly. The room was very damp and humid. The room was not cleaned until later in the afternoon/evening some of the days.

la struttura è bella, gli ambienti molto puliti, lo staff molto gentile. il panorama è molto bello.

Struttura molto dispersiva, distribuita su una collina: l'unica "pecca" per spostarsi serve sempre la macchina, anche per la colazione. E' anche distante da Barga quasi 5 km.
