Clean & Quiet.

We had an emergency and needed to change to day affter and wanter to charge me 364. More. Sometimes things happen but to take and keep your money. I went through the app and called hotel to explain the situation and that person didn't had give a poop

Internet didn't work, it kept dropping off. NO refrigerator in the room, yet advertised. And based on the advertising it lend you to believe there was a breakfast available on property.

Front desk wasnt around to give us keys to our room. Us and 5 other people came around looking for staff and they were no where to be found. Tried to cancel and find somewhere else. Had to go somewhere else anyways

The hotel is next to route 101 , very convenient . Price is reasonable . But the reasons I do not like it is that the bed had bed bugs . After a night’s sleep, my back had many itching bumps , mainly located at my upper back . The hotel does not provide breakfast , no 24 hours staffing .

No refrigerator. Shower didn’t work well. Attendant was quite helpful with making accommodations for the lack of fridge. Nice accents like they had lotion, which was surprising. Basics (shower, refrigerator, weird room smell, and inaccurate thermostat that’s colder than stated) are lacking.

Room was very clean and nice. Desk chair a bit run down in appearance. Bed was comfortable but had metal kickplate around bed frame so kept banging with my toe. Motel is near road so can hear a loud vehicle once in awhile but our room was far enough away so we didn’t mind. Only negative really was the shower, faucet was very tight and fastened loosely to wall. Also hot water ran out quickly so one of us had to take a cold shower. Great location! We would stay again.

The staff (Brittney) was excellent, the rooms were really clean and the bed (king) was very comfortable. We stayed 4 nights and it was great!

Great place for the price. Pretty much what i expected. Room was large and plenty of space for 5 people. Staff friendly and helpful. When dryer wasnt working, he immediately fixed it for us. Place felt pretty clean but only real negative was the floors were dirty, our feet were turning black. Was good value and felt safe.

We spent over $300 for two nights and were very disappointed with the experience. We were under the impression that breakfast would be included, but it was not. Trying to reach the front desk was frustrating—calls from both the room phone and our cell phones went unanswered, and the only communication we got was through delayed text responses. The water was freezing cold, so we couldn’t even take a proper shower. The beds were extremely uncomfortable—I ended up going out to buy an air mattress just to get some rest. For the price we paid, we expected a much better experience. For just a bit more, we could’ve stayed somewhere nicer with actual amenities and better service. We won’t be returning.
