"Great value for the price"

Great location in a nice area. There were even a couple restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and would be perfect for a family or if you needed somewhere to stay for more than a couple days. Would definitely stay again.

Affordable accommodations. Elevator was out of service 2/3 days that I stayed, not a huge issue but carrying luggage down the stairs (which were dirty) was a little difficult. The shower didn’t work too well- old faucet/spout that was difficult to get started. Quiet hotel. Staff were kind and helpful!

Had to be in Evansville with work and the two manager are great. They guy on evening shift and the early lady on breakfast last week are very nice. Not good with names sorry

"Awful experience. "

The room smelled. The rug had burn marks in it. The room had roaches. The side of the stove was disgusting. Puddles of liquid were in the fridge. I will never be going back there again
