Extended Stay America Suites - Dayton - Fairborn

The staff was fantastic and the room was huge, like an apartment. The room was huge 😍 Beds were comfortable, a little firm, but I slept all night. It has a full kitchen. There is plenty of space to move around. It is a great place to stay for a while, but I wanted a hotel I enjoyed my stay there.

The smell of smoke and the people above us were so loud. They were running around above us till 1;30 am. I didn't know what an extended stayvwas, it was not a hotel.I wasn't prepared for it. But the staff was excellent and really helped me calm down and was very accommodating.

Location towards work and The Green.

Key cards wipe out when next to gsm. Homeless people around the building and in the entree at night, harassing female clients, dark spaces at end of parking lot, especially when all spaces are full. Construction workers start rénovation works internally at 07:30am

Staff said our room wasn’t available when we were checking in, and there were roaches.

It smelled like a veterinarian office and a barn. Sink didn’t work lights flickered. They moved us to a newly renovated room which was still dirty and smelly. Even dirty marks on pillow and towel

Clean, spacious suite , with the kitchen needs, we arrived late and the staff was very nice and helpful, Good value.

The breakfasts .

Everything was lovely. Great staff. Clean. Decent kitchen. Good bathroom. Plenty of towels.

Weird noises throughout the night. Like a weird scraping clicking noise. The pillows were awful I woke up with a very sore neck. The bed also wasn’t terribly comfortable.
