Waited 45min from traveling 8 hours computers where down . I asked to compensated at least for a day for my stay. The front desk associate was very friendly and she emailed her manager never heard back from her. The hotel needs a remodel bad .

It's smelled bad, dirty and loud. There was hair all over the bath tub. Black stuff on the bed covering

This was probably the worst place we’ve ever stayed. The ad for this hotel says smoke free but it definitely is not. The rooms and halls reeked of smoke and just overall dirtiness. The rooms were not clean and some of the door locks were removed. The people beside us had their music playing very loud and were talking very loudly. If I could give this place zero stars I would. We left after two hours because we did not feel safe and it was not clean. When we requested a refund the lady at the front desk was very rigid and rude and denied a refund of any kind. I would not recommend for girls travelling alone to stay here… or to be honest anyone. It was terrible.

The staff is delightful. It’s a little older property but for a hotel who accepts dogs, it is extremely clean.

It worked for what we needed. The location was great and was pet friendly. The room we were in had plenty of space and the couch was extremely comfortable. The staff were all very nice.

The room had not been cleaned properly before check in. There were still dirty towels and wash cloths on the bathroom floor. We had to ask several times for fresh towels and trash bags.
