"The staff makes every effort to make the stay comfortable."

Breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Rooms were very tidy, esspecially bathroom, The breakfast has a particularly nice presentation of homemade products. A presentation of local dishes at supper was also very good. The stuff was polite.

Suggestion is to change mattresses in rooms because they are quite hard. In bathroom, shower cap was missing for one person in both rooms we booked. We notice that Yogurts offered in breakfast have expired. It would be nice to offer usage of the swimming pool on the date of departure without additionally charging the guests.

"Osim toga, sve ostalo bilo je na visokoj razini i uz malo poboljšanja, iskustvo bi bilo savršeno!"

Sve u svemu, boravak u La Perla Ravascaletto bio je odličan. Soba je novouređena, predivno uređena i jako ugodna za boravak.

Međutim, imamo dvije zamjerke. Prva je zvučna izolacija, iz sobe se čuje doslovno sve s hodnika, čak i šaptanje, što je otežalo spavanje zbog buke. Druga stvar je čistoća, jer iako je soba izgledala besprijekorno, kada smo prvi put ušle, na podu je bilo dosta prašine i mrvica, kao da nije temeljito očišćena nakon prethodnih gostiju.

"Hotel accogliente e confortevole!"

Un hotel confortevole, a pochi passi dalla funivia. Il personale è molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Buona selezione di cibi a colazione. Il ristorante dell'hotel è eccellente, i prezzi sono ragionevoli. L'area relax è piccola, ma molto piacevole. Consiglio: massaggi nella zona relax, dalla signora Lucia!

Era tutto ottimo!
