der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption

extra ein neu renoviertes Zimmer gebucht, Toilette uralt und voller fäkalien Rückstände, Zimmer gewechselt und dort ebenfalls alte ekelhafte Toilette. Als Gipfel der Unverschämtheit fand dort ohne Info bei der Buchung ein Event statt bei dem bis 24 Uhr laute Disko Musik in der Lobby lief., welches auf dem Zimmer lautstark zu hören war. Wir haben mit Kleinkind sofort wieder ausgecheckt und wenigstens das Geld zurück erhalten.

The room was very clean, as were the bed sheets and the towel, the breakfast was quite good, limitless water available in glass bottles. Parking is available both underground and outside (in case your car is over 1,8m)

Only one person available for the check in, but this might be the case with the evening shift. The rooms have seen better times for sure, on the floor of the bathtub there were glue residues, probably from an old anti-slippery mat. The rooms are not cleaned by default - you have to request it, which I found odd for a 4 star hotel.
