Excellent location and rooms are comfortable and a good size.

Rooms are nice and location is excellent

Small space for family of 4 to stay. We had to store away table to be able to sleep. Not much counter top space inside bath to keep our bath items. Front desk staffs were very friendly.

Staff was very helping in transporting our luggage. The room and bathroom was clean. To our pleasant surprise, we were given complimentary bottles of water!

Location is a bit odd, but it about a 15 minute walk from Kyoto station

Strategic location, It’s a 10+ minute walk to the kyoto station and 5 minutes to nearest bus stop. The room is spacious and clean , their bed and pillow is super comfy. Staffs very friendly and accommodating (+ speaks english well).

Room was a great size and so was the bathroom. The staff took our luggage into our room for us checking in as we had arrived before 3pm so that was a nice touch. Location was great also, a short walk to Kyoto station to allow us to travel about. Staff were also very nice.

線路のそばで、夜間の音が気になる方には不向きです。 京都駅からは歩いて10分ほどなのでお得感はありますが、周りは何もないエリアなので、その点はマイナスです。 お風呂が広くとてもきれいで、またトイレとも別ですので、その点は高評価です。
