Hotel Banister Kyoto

nur japanisches Frühstück , ohne Kaffee Lage ist nicht (!) direkt am Bahnhof - ca . 15 Minuten schneller Gang zu Fuß schwer zu finden geringe Fremdsprachenkenntnisse

Not an easy way to pull up to hotel; parking for the hotel is around the corner. The restaurant was beautiful and the food was excellent, service was slow.

The property had plenty of room for our family and with our luggage. It is a short walk from the Kyoto Station (10-15 minutes). There are several 7-11's located in the area so you can grab food/drinks. The hotel also has a restaurant/bar located in the lobby/common area. The staff was friendly and assisted us with any questions we had. They provided us with amenities such as toiletries, fresh towels daily, and water. The rooms are newer and the bathroom was new and had a nice shower/tub. We really enjoyed the space, we have stayed at plenty of hotels throughout Japan and this room had more room than other places which helps when you are traveling with a family. Tge neighborhood was quiet which was nice not hearing the cars and city life. We would stay there again.

Het hotel ligt wat buiten het centrum, maar bus en trein is op wandelafstand. We waren vooral gecharmeerd door de extra kamer met tafel naast de slaapkamer.

We're a group of 6. This room provided us more than enough space for each of us. The tatami area is spacious that we could lay 4 futons + the table with sitting for tea in there. Sliding doors provide privacy from the bedding and tatami areas. So, my husband and I could sleep without feeling like 6 people in a room. Also, the bathroom is nice and big. I could bath in an American standard bathtub each day. I loved it! Also, the hotel was the only one that we would receive bottle waters each day comparing with other 3 hotels we stayed in our trip.

We were a group of 6 and we had a lot of room. Very nice bathroom and had lots of amenities. Staff is very generous and friendly.
