"Exceptional"

Excellent room, bed, facilities, and very comprehensive and choice filled breakfast. Lovely walk up the farm lane.

The temporary building site has shut the obvious access road, so there is a diversion. The site is, wonderfully, not noisy. Access to local pubs is still possible.
