Property was Ohk but staff was worst..

Staff is not helpful at all..poor service

Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Wygodne łóżko.

It's a nice property, lots of thought gone into every detail. Kitchen well equipped, good shower pressure, large modern bathroom, comfortable bed and mattress, however, the mattress have strong smell of sweat. The pillows as well stink with smell of sweat. Cobwebs everywhere, beneath shelf on top of bed, in corners in kitchen as well. Their standards of Cleanliness let them down. Beware of unnecessary charges the owner makes when you book. Booking.co. show one total price and £85 extra was taken from my account, supposingly charging for parking even though I made them aware that do not need parking, after my checkout, I emailed to remind them of my refund, only to be told that they will only refund me £29 out of £85, blaming high exchange rate. I had to put a complaint through booking.com and pressurise them for my full refund. Only then I got all my money back, which is really not fair. You don't want to come back from your holiday only to go unnecessary stress like this. For this reason, I would not stay again.
