It is very nice if you are traveling with kids. The apartment we chose was on the ground floor and had an outdoor terrace with fine beech sand and even some toys for our kid to play with. Location was really good too: 3min walk to mini golf and closest playground, 10min walk to beach, 20 min walk to mini train park for kids, and close by hipodrome. Close by pocket size shop. Sopot city center is also in a walkable distance.. and all walks we took were through nice neighborhoods. In the area there are so many playgrounds our child had the best time ever. Apartment itself had all we needed, (dishwasher and washing machine were very very handy) we felt like we shall return there again, because it was so cozy and well suited for our small family. When we needed help, the service phone answered quickly and was helpful.

The vacuum cleaner was broken, so we could only broom around, which was not ideal with a sandbox and toddler combination, but that’s a fixable thing. The property could have included kitchen towels, otherwise we had to use bathroom towels to dry hands and dishes in the kitchen. The outdoor terrace needs to be taken better care of - the seating area had stinging nettles making part of the seating area unusable, there was some larger trash like cardboard or similar sticking out of the sand, but not easily removable, so we didn’t sweat to clean it..and bushes needed trimming too. So the outdoor terrace has way better potential and could be used better if they took better care of it. I would add a tip (not a negative thing, just advice): watch for the message from the property and if you can fill out information BEFORE arrival. There are no actual staff that would meet you, and in order to get access to property you need to provide some details. If you get there on a rainy day, you’ll be standing in the rain, filling details on your phone in the street.

We didn’t have internet as promised. When we called, we were promised that it was going to be fixed/reset within 30 minutes or they were going to send someone to our unit. 30 minutes past by, I called to let them know but they were rejecting our calls. I called the next day throughout the day, they kept ignoring my calls. When they did answer my call (by accident), they told me they couldn’t talk and to call back in 10 minutes. Then, they kept rejecting my calls (yes they rejected my calls on purpose). Bed sheets had stains, hair, and overall dirty.
