Guests rate this hotel with highest marks because we feel safe and attended to. Staff answer the same questions every day but they make us feel that they are happy to give directions or call a taxi. The entire staff anticipates guests' needs, bringing tea and a smile. This experiencehas been the highlight of my Turkish vacation.

Old building need of updates. It was marked as a 3 star hotel but it is more like a 1 star stay. Located in a busy area but restaurants and stores close mostly before 8pm. Hard to park a car. It seems it may be better to stay near national museum as it was quieter and quaint to walk around the neighborhood.
