The staff was amazing, kind and very helpful with every request. The place is so quiet and relaxing. The room was just perfect.

Only small downside not having a restaurant in place for dinner, but nearby, just need to walk either 2 or 10 minutes, there are an osteria and a restaurant/pizzeria.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Het hotel is prachtig gelegen, de kamers zijn mooi, schoon en comfortabel ingericht. Het ontbijt was uitstekend, met veel keuze en verse producten om de dag goed te beginnen. We hadden ook nog een upgrade gekregen, een mooie suite met privé terras ( wat een mazzel het kwam zo uit) Het personeel verdient een extra compliment: iedereen was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en altijd bereid om te helpen. Toen we na vertrek ontdekten dat we de inhoud van onze kluis waren vergeten, heeft het team ons geweldig geholpen zodat we onze spullen weer konden ophalen. Dat waarderen we enorm! Dank voor de geweldige service en de fijne vakantie. We komen graag nog eens terug en kunnen dit hotel van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een ontspannen en romantisch verblijf aan het Gardameer. 5 sterren! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
